Come decorate downtown Anthony in preparation for the annual BalloonFest event!

Meet at the Arts Center (104 N Springfield in Anthony), and we’ll assign you your downtown square to decorate with chalk. Make sure you bring your best ideas — prizes will be awarded in each age category!

Cost: Free! We’ll provide the chalk and the sidewalk square — you come with your spring and BalloonFest ideas to decorate the downtown walkways.
